About Us

St. Helen’s Woods is a nature reserve of 100+ acres in the heart of Hastings, managed by the St. Helen’s Park Preservation Society. The society had its beginnings in 1955, and was officially established as a charity in 1957 to manage and preserve the woods, now a designated Local Nature Reserve.
